The main campus of Weifang Institute of Technology covers an area of more than 1100 mu, realizing a greening area of more than 600 mu, with a greening rate of about 55%. With reasonable collocation of lawn, arbor, shrub, flower and grass, it forms a green and elegant educational place all the year round, and achieves the greening goal of flowers in spring, shade in summer, fruits in autumn and green in winter. The school has dozens of varieties of rose, privet, purple leaf pear, dragon claw locust, magnolia, gingko, clove, holly, ball pine, poplar and so on, gradually forming several distinctive landscapes.

The central campus covers an area of more than 600 mu, with 10000 square meters of lawn and about 1600 seedlings; At present, the school has a total green space area of 680000 square meters, with a green space rate of 35%.
